Chaplin Building & Repointing is an Eastbourne-based remedial building contractor working across East Sussex.

We work with property owners, managing agents, housing associations and main contractors to repair, restore and protect masonry, concrete and weather-exposed elements of buildings, from period cottages to interwar housing stock and modern commercial frames.

Every project starts with a proper site survey. We diagnose the cause of the failure first (moisture path, mortar mismatch, corroded wall ties, carbonation in concrete) and then specify the right system. No defaulting to whatever's on the van.
